The Upside Down Google Game

Yesterday I did a spoof blog post that was upside down.

The joke was that my ranking for “Internet Marketing” in Google.com was awful, so by doing it upside down, perhaps I could be on top. (haha)

Well today I have some exciting news….

Wait for it….

I am officially number 1 in Google for the upside down “Internet Marketing”.

Don’t believe me?

Check it out: buıʇǝʞɹɐɯ ʇǝuɹǝʇuı

a friend of mine on MSN saw the rankings this morning, and he thought it was amusing. So he is now going to try and also rank for the upside down “buıʇǝʞɹɐɯ ʇǝuɹǝʇuı”.

That got me thinking…

Why not make this into a game?

Let’s be honest… most of us are never going to be number 1 for the real “Internet Marketing”, so how about this… whoever is number 1 in google.com for the upside down buıʇǝʞɹɐɯ ʇǝuɹǝʇuı on Christmas day 2007, will get a super cool gift from me.

I won’t say what the gift is just yet, but it is a good one.

So ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls… i give you upside down Google ranking, the Golden Globes of the search world.

Dean

PS: Before you ask… YES, I may have been drinking when I started all this. Don’t judge me! ;-)

    Thats pretty cool!
It’s like a private seo comp as no one else will be competing!
I doubt you can buy upside domains though :(

    Hi Joe.

Yes, it would be private. The upside down domains was a joke… but you never know.
