Sell Your Website
Are you a website owner who is looking to sell your web site?
I am going to be puchasing established web sites throughout 2008, so if you would like to cash-in on your site, then use the contact page to contact me.
What types of sites do I buy?
I am open to almost any type of web site, but I will probably pass on proxy & Turnkey sites.
If you have a web site that you no longer have the time to put into the site, then now would be a good time to sell! the longer you let a site rot the lower it’s value will be.
How much is my web site worth?
There is no easy way to value a web site, but as a general rule you should use monthly revenue x 10-12 as a guideline. But there are exceptions for highly established sites.
Do you want to buy my domain names?
If there are no backlinks for the domains then I would probably not be interested, but feel free to contact me anyway.
I would prefer to do a partnership instead of selling the site
It is highly unlikely that I will agree to a partnership, ideally I am looking to just buy your site outright, but if your offer is good enough then I will consider it.
I doubt you could afford to buy my site!
There is certainly a limit to what I can/will spend. At the moment that limit is around $60,000
Do you buy Blogs and Forums?
Yes, but ideally I am looking for established forums.
Dean, could you perhaps list a few site buying related terms so that this page ranks higher for numerous terms in Google?
What do you mean? do you mean terms like “We buy websites” “sell us your site” “website buying” “online site buying” “buy your online business” etc….? there is no way I would do that, I have a reputation to uphold. How dare you even ask! Leave my blog and don’t come back.
Sorry about that everyone, there is always one troublemaker.
Anyway, if you want to sell your web site you can contact me directly at: contact @ DeanHunt.com
Please include: Site traffic, search engine rankings/traffic, monthly revenue, site age, and how much you would consider selling for.
Thanks and good luck.
Dean
