I have some challenges that I can't seem to beat. I don't like water, I know you should drink 8 glasses a day (for like 100 reasons) but still, I can't stand it. I don't want to squeeze lemon in it or whatever, I just don't want to drink the stuff. I made a goal of one week drinking 5 glasses a day, the next week I would drink 6 and so on until I got to 8 glasses a day and by then it would be a "habit" a "routine" my body would be healthier and I would just do it without though. OK, I lasted 3 days of 5 glasses a day and never went back.
