Below is a video of myself and the legendary Michael Dunlop playing Call of Duty 5 on the Xbox360, when we perhaps could and should have been working…

Now, it may seem like we were slacking… the reality is that we were practicing our conversion rate skills. For example, if I shot 200 bullets and killed 20 terrorist, then that would mean a 10% conversion rate.

Ok, I confess, we were BUSTED by Barry. ;-)

Ah well, can’t blame us for trying.

On a more serious note, do you think that real world and real business skills can be picked up from playing video games?

    I’ve always wondered if it was just me? Here I have all this work to be doing, but at any given moment I could be caught playing with my kids… fooling around with my Nintendo Wii (sorry no Xbox in this house)… or jut finding other ways of testing what I “should” be doing.
