Excellent audio!
I specifically loved the part about outsourcing personal tasks. I admit I had a hard time with this for awhile. I had outsourced so much in my businesses I had nothing to do.
I realized I was spending my days taking care of the lawn, doing laundry, etc.
That’s a big takeaway for me. It reminds me to look at what else I can outsource outside of my business.
