The criminal used to be wearing a baraclava now he sits in a pinstipe suit behind his desk!!!!!!....The bank of Cyprus held funds for 5 and a half months clearing it,....I would call it leveraging it!!! You get some money and deposit it that weekend. 'I'm sorry. Your deposit will post the next business day'. But 'BLAM!" you instantly get hit with an overdraft fee. THAT happens at anytime.
