However there are some people, like myself who rely on the clients who need to book or buy now. Specifically in the service industry. What methods of internet marketing would you say we need to focus on both in terms of getting traffic and then converting them?”

    That’s interesting. I struggle with that sometimes for my collectibles biz – b/c we do need the people to place items on consignment with us so we can then sell them to our buyers. I took a webinar a while back on mini-sites, and getting people to submit info – so i made http://www.hummelshummels.com – it gets people to make a decision to ask for help, and find that it’s much easier to convert them to be consignors once that psychological decision is made. I wish i could remember the name of the webinar though!
