Ego Stroking with Dean Hunt

When you work online and sit behind a PC, there is often nobody to pat you on the back and tell you that you have done a good job. These little “ego strokes” as I like to call them, can give you a nice mental boost for the day, and productivity can increase.
I had a nice ego stroking experience last night (insert sexual innuendo here).

I don’t normally publish any ego strokes I get, regardless of whether they are via email or blog articles, but I couldn’t resist this one.
So thanks Jack, the ego stroke was great, as was the traffic I got from your site. I aim to return the favour very shortly.

Did Jack’s ego stroke result in a whole pile of new visitors? Every time Jack even glances in my direction my hit counter gets crushed.
I would love to get my ego stroked by Jack and of course you Dean because you are the best blogger I have ever read!

I am appearing here almost exactly one year later just to appear more important and aloof.
Also there appears to be sexual tension and innuendo in this post and comments which I generally try to avoid.
Now that this post is buried deep in the archives I feel more comfortable recognizing it publicly.
