DeanHunt.com Hacked

Hi guys,

My blog was hacked yesterday, it appears it was a mysql injection, and they basically put both visible and invisible links into my posts and template to sites selling pills and other crap.

What made it worse was the fact that these spammy links showed up in my RSS feed for a short while, and that led to some of my less knowledgeable subscribers to unsubscribe from my updates and RSS.

As website owners, and especially as Wordpress site owners, hacking and exploits are something we have to deal with… I always look at this sort of thing as a positive, as I now have an even stronger and more powerful setup.
