Have you looked at purchasing a sponsored link spot in Google? That type of ranking is the only kind I am aware of that allows for the subjective ranking of businesses over other types of ranks. In addition, you may be able to pursue a legal course of action with that type of link since you would be paying for a service that is defined by a contract. In addition, please remember that an e-mail message can be construed in a variety of ways because one cannot read verbal inflections and body gestures.
