Thank you Dean that was very interesting and reaffirms my thoughts on people and their attitudes. I myself do not believe I am the sharpest tool in the shed and am always willing to learn new ideas, however I do not like to be labelled as the dullest either. Bryan, I couldnt agree more. Sometimes, in your own business, you can't see the wood for the trees... and I often find my best ideas and strategies come when advising others. Plus, as you rightly pointed out, you can learn from people, regardless of their level. My group is all advanced --> expert, but I have learnt things from complete beginners too. Dean
