12 Days of Christmas the Modern Version

This morning I was listening to the radio and I heard “The 12 Days of Christmas”. I was listening to the lyrics and to be honest, I think the song is a bit out of date.
For example, I have never seen a partridge in a pear tree, I have never been lucky enough to receive five gold rings for Christmas, and if I did get five gold rings then I would definitely put them on Ebay.
Be honest, when was the last time you saw ten lords a-leaping?
